An amazing historic house with restaurant is offered for sale! At St. Kilianś. This former rectory building has been proclaimed an immovable cultural monument. The baroque house dates back to 1723. The house is situated by the road leading from Davle to Štěchovice, 35 minutes by car from Prague centrum. The building underwent an extensive restoration between 2004 – 2008 with regard to the preservation of the original construction which involves the masonry and part of the roof trusses. The peripheral masonry is made of stone mostly while the lining around the windows and doors is of brick. There are vaulted ceilings above the basement but the original beam ceilings were replaced with modern ones. It is possible to run a family pension as well as a wellness and fittness in the house. The total land area is 1474 sqm. The garden is 832sqm and built-up area of ​​320m involves two floors and a mansard roof. The house is located in sloping terrain and there is one storey difference between the eastern and the western face. The 1st floor is currently used as a residential unit. There is an entrance hall with a separate entrance to the kitchen, a staircase leading to the basement and another staircase to the attic plus an entrance to the connecting corridor. Furthermore, there are four rooms on the floor plus two bathrooms with toilets, a separate toilet and a small hall with technical facilities and sauna. Two rooms have direct access to the terracce overlooking the river. The whole space can be used as one dwelling unit (4 + 1) or as two separate housing units (1 +1, 2 +1). In the attic with a mansard roof there is a space for potential 5 guest rooms with accessories, storage space, technical background, a cleaning room and sauna. The project documentation regarding the loft and the approval of the State Monument Care is part of the documentation. The basement of the house (1PP with a total area of 196.82 m2) holds a stylish restaurant with 34 places and a bar with possibility of extension of (20 places). A modern kitchen and restaurant facilities, sanitary facilities for guests and staff, technical facilities, boiler room and a wine cellar can be found on the ground floor. The wiring of an efficient air-conditioning unit is located in the kitchen and the restaurant. Forged bars are fitted in the windows as well as wooden shutters with period fittings. The floor is made of durable tiles and wooden plank flooring. The staircase is decorated with forged railing and the inlets to the chimney are covered with a forged door. The house is provided with newwater distribution, heating and wiring systems. There is a new car park for guests on the premises with two entrances. The garden is partly flat with ornamental woody plants. The other part of the garden is sloping with built stone terraces. In 2008 the owners started to use the entire building as a family restaurant with a housing area. The owner got diploma for restoration from State Monument Care!
